What industries do you supply CNC machined components to?

We supply precision-engineered components to a wide range of industries, including aerospace, defence, medical, automation, marine, and bespoke machine manufacturing.

Where are you based, and do you ship worldwide?

We are based in Oakdale, Blackwood, Wales, UK, operating from a modern 40,000 sq. ft. facility. Unfortunately, we do not ship items internationally.

Are you ISO 9001 certified?

Yes, we are ISO 9001-certified, ensuring that all our processes meet strict quality management standards and that every component we produce is of the highest standard.

CNC Machining & Capabilities

What CNC machining services do you offer?

We provide CNC milling, CNC turning, surface grinding, water cutting, and fabrication, allowing us to manufacture complex precision components from various materials.

What materials can you machine?

We work with a variety of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, brass, copper, plastics (PEEK, Acetal, PTFE, Nylon), and hardened tool steels.

What tolerances can you achieve on CNC machined parts?

We can machine components to tolerances as tight as ±0.01mm, depending on the material and part complexity. However, most items we manufacture have a tolerance of +/-0.1.

What is the largest component you can machine?

Our largest CNC milling machine can handle parts up to 2500mm x 1000mm x 1000mm, and our surface grinder has a capacity of 3200mm x 1370mm.

Can you manufacture complex, multi-operation components?

Yes, our 5-axis CNC machining capabilities allow us to produce highly complex components with multiple machining operations in a single setup, improving efficiency and accuracy.

Custom Orders & Production

Can you produce one-off prototypes as well as large batch production?

Yes, we can manufacture one-off prototypes, small batches, and high-volume production orders, depending on your requirements.

What is your typical lead time for CNC machined parts?

Lead times depend on complexity, quantity, and finishing requirements. Typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks, but we can accommodate urgent orders where possible.

Can you hold stock and supply components on a call-off basis?

Yes, we offer call-off stock agreements, allowing customers to order in larger quantities for cost savings while calling off parts as needed.

Do you provide reverse engineering services for hard-to-source parts?

Yes, we can reverse-engineer worn or obsolete parts, helping you avoid long wait times from overseas suppliers.

Can you work from a sample if technical drawings are unavailable?

Yes, if you don’t have technical drawings, we can work from a sample part to produce an exact replacement.

Additional Services & Finishing

Do you provide finishing services such as anodising, powder coating, or plating?

Yes, we do not do these services in-house but work closely with other companies that provide various finishing services, including anodising, hardening, powder coating, wet painting, zinc plating, galvanising, and PTFE coating.

Can you surface grind components to tight tolerances?

Yes, we have a large precision surface grinder capable of grinding parts up to 3200mm x 1370mm with exceptional flatness and surface finish.

Do you manufacture custom gears and precision-ground components?

Yes, we produce custom gears, including starter gears for vintage vehicles and oil pump gears, as well as precision-ground components.

Can you supply material, or do we need to provide free-issue material?

We can source all materials for your project or work with free-issue materials if required. We also stock common materials like aluminium, stainless steel, and Hardox for quicker turnaround times.

Do you offer welding and fabrication services?

Yes, we provide MIG and TIG welding for structural and precision fabrications, alongside our CNC machining services.
