We supply precision-engineered components to a wide range of industries, including aerospace, defence, medical, automation, marine, and bespoke machine manufacturing.
We are based in Oakdale, Blackwood, Wales, UK, operating from a modern 40,000 sq. ft. facility. Unfortunately, we do not ship items internationally.
Yes, we are ISO 9001-certified, ensuring that all our processes meet strict quality management standards and that every component we produce is of the highest standard.
CNC Machining & Capabilities
We provide CNC milling, CNC turning, surface grinding, water cutting, and fabrication, allowing us to manufacture complex precision components from various materials.
We work with a variety of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, brass, copper, plastics (PEEK, Acetal, PTFE, Nylon), and hardened tool steels.
We can machine components to tolerances as tight as ±0.01mm, depending on the material and part complexity. However, most items we manufacture have a tolerance of +/-0.1.
Our largest CNC milling machine can handle parts up to 2500mm x 1000mm x 1000mm, and our surface grinder has a capacity of 3200mm x 1370mm.
Yes, our 5-axis CNC machining capabilities allow us to produce highly complex components with multiple machining operations in a single setup, improving efficiency and accuracy.
